Eyal (Ben) Gilboa
Patent Agent/Technical Advisor
A technical adviser and a patent agent of the Texas based intellectual property law firm of Goldstein, Faucett & Prebeg. Dr. Gilboa's focus is on providing litigation support, particularly on technical matters arising during the course of patent litigation. As a licensed patent agent, his role also extends to patent reexaminations and reissues in preparation for patent infringement litigation.

Experience
After obtaining his Ph.D. in particle physics Dr. Gilboa held several positions in academia, one of which was a visiting professorship with Southern Methodist University. During this time, his research mainly focused on studying strong interactions between nucleons and elementary particles. Dr. Gilboa also held scientific and R&D roles in industry, including positions with Intel Corporation, as well as with a defense contractor, focusing on developing sensor technologies for homeland defense applications. Before joining the firm, Dr. Gilboa worked as a patent agent for a law firm where he prosecuted patents spanning a wide range of technologies including those in the electrical, mechanical, software, biomedical and nano-technology fields.
